Section 3: Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that: you are aged 18 or over; you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; you are a qualified researcher, professional, or institution, or are purchasing on behalf of one; you are purchasing the Products solely for lawful laboratory research purposes; all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Section 4: Research use only (important)

All Products sold by Clyde Peptides are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development use only. Products are NOT: for human consumption or human use of any kind; for animal consumption or veterinary use; food, food additives, or nutritional supplements; drugs, medicines, or medicinal products; cosmetics or personal care products; for clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or prophylactic use; intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.

Products must be handled only by qualified and appropriately trained persons using suitable equipment and facilities, in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and good laboratory practice. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of the Products. You agree that you will not use, resell, relabel, or supply the Products for any purpose involving human or animal consumption, and that you will not make or imply any such use.

Section 5: No medical claims and no advice

We make no representations, warranties, or claims regarding any physiological, therapeutic, or medical effect of the Products. Nothing on our website constitutes medical, scientific, legal, or professional advice. Any information provided is for general reference only. You are solely responsible for determining the suitability, legality, and safety of the Products for your intended research.

Section 6: Customer warranties and responsibilities

By placing an order you warrant that: you have the knowledge, expertise, and facilities to handle the Products safely; you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to the purchase, import, possession, handling, and disposal of the Products; you will not use the Products in any unlawful manner or in any manner inconsistent with these terms; you accept all risk arising from your purchase and use of the Products. You are responsible for confirming that the Products are legal to purchase and possess in your location before ordering.

Section 7: Products, descriptions, and pricing

We take care to describe Products accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or specifications are free from error. Prices are shown in GBP and are correct at the time of display. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before we accept your order. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

Section 8: Orders and formation of contract

Your order is an offer to buy. We are not obliged to accept it. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch the Products, whichever is later. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect the Products may be used unlawfully or for consumption, where stock is unavailable, where there is a pricing error, or where we cannot verify your details.

Section 9: Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment provider. We do not store full payment card details. You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. If payment is declined or reversed we may cancel the order.

Section 10: Delivery

We aim to dispatch within 24 hours. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and for ensuring import into your country is lawful. Any customs duties, taxes, or charges are your responsibility.

Section 11: Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of the Products and for safety and integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of Products where the seal has been broken or where storage conditions cannot be verified, except where the Products are faulty or not as described. If Products arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us at info@clydesupplements.com within 48 hours of delivery with details and photographs. Where a valid claim is accepted we will offer a replacement or refund. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where they apply to you.

Section 12: Cancellation

Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the Products. This right may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened for health protection or hygiene reasons, or to goods that become mixed inseparably with other items after delivery. Section 13: Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: the Products are supplied without any warranty as to fitness for any particular purpose beyond the research use described; we are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm arising from the misuse of the Products, including any use involving human or animal consumption; we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss, loss of profit, or loss of business; our total liability arising from any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, or liability arising from your breach of these terms or your use, handling, or disposal of the Products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Section 14: Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

Section 15: Compliance and export

You are responsible for complying with all export and import controls and all laws applicable to the Products in your jurisdiction. We may refuse to supply Products to any country or person where doing so would be unlawful.
