UK orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation and typically arrive within 2–3 working days via tracked courier. International orders take 5–7 working days. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement at no cost. We cannot accept returns on opened products due to the nature of research materials.
