While we endeavour to ensure all product information, purity data, and Certificates of Analysis are accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. All product specifications should be independently verified before research use. Certificates of Analysis are provided for informational purposes and represent the batch tested, not every individual unit.

7. Payment & Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to amend pricing without notice. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clyde Peptides Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, possession, or use of our products. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
